History and Founding
JOHTECH International School has a rich history rooted in a commitment to education and technological advancement. The Badagry, Lagos State campus was established approximately two decades ago at 1, Ojulopesi street, off Alhaji warder close , Age-Mowo while the Ogun State campus, located at 1 Gasline Junction, Idorawa, Edu-Agbara, opened its doors on September 13, 2013.
The school's foundation stems from the success of JOHTECH International Institute of Technology (JIIT), an award-winning institute founded three decades ago by Hon. Olaleru John Adebayo. JIIT, focused on producing skilled ICT professionals, has graduated thousands of individuals who have secured employment in government parastatals and private companies both domestically and internationally. JIIT, at its peak, was affiliated with Adeniran Ogunsanya College of Education (now Adeniran Ogunsanya University of Education) and operated eight branches in the Badagry and Mile 2 areas of Lagos State.
